Cebu Pacific announced the destinations that have simplified travel requirements and do not require RT-PCR or Antigen testing. Here is a list of them:
1. Cagayan de Oro - requires visitors to register with S-Pass, OPCOoorS and contact tracing QR codes from Higala and StaySafe.PH
2. Cebu Province – travelers will only need to present a medical certificate issued within 24 hours of their arrival in Cebu stating that they do not have COVID-19 symptoms.
3. Pagadian City – passengers must only present a valid government-issued ID that shows their address is in Pagadian City, while transit passengers are exempt from any requirements.
4. Negros Occidental - requires vaccination cards from fully vaccinated individuals, Travel coordination permit (TCP) from S-Pass and complete registration to StaySafe.PH
5. Bacolod - requires vaccination cards from fully vaccinated individuals, online BacTrac registration, online Health Declaration, S-PassTravel Coordination Permit and a valid personal ID.
6. Iloilo City - requires vaccination cards from fully vaccinated individuals and S-Pass Registration.
7. Guimaras - requires vaccination cards from fully vaccinated individuals and TCP from S-Pass.
8. Butuan - requires vaccination cards from fully vaccinated individuals, TCP from S-Pass and uploaded valid, government-issued ID into the system. A passenger traveling to cities or municipalities other than Butuan City must present an approved Travel Pass-Through Permit (TPP) from S-Pass.
9. Maguindanao - requires vaccination cards from fully vaccinated individuals, valid ID and travel order for APORs.
10. Tacloban – passengers must present their vaccination cards and must register under the Balik Tacloban Project. A passenger bound for Tacloban may also present certification of Quarantine Completion with vaccination status in securing the Acceptance Letter when travelling to Tacloban City.
11. Bohol- requires vaccination cards from fully vaccinated individuals, valid ID and S-Pass Registration.
12. Roxas City- requires vaccination cards from fully vaccinated individuals, TCP from S-Pass. Travelers must ensure that the date of TCP should match the actual date of travel.
13. Cebu City- requires vaccination cards from fully vaccinated individuals and valid ID
14. Mandaue City- requires vaccination cards from fully vaccinated individuals
Take note that a passenger is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after receiving the second dose of a two-dose series or 14 days after receiving a single-dose vaccine.
