In compliance with the requirements of Data Privacy Act of 2012, International Journeys commits to ensure that all personal information obtained will be secured and remain confidential. Collected personal information will only be utilized for purposes of processing of applications, documentation, research, if applicable, and facilitation of future transactions. The personal information shall not be shared or disclosed with other parties without consent unless the disclosure is required by, or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

Only the agency's designated personnel will have access to the collected personal information, which will be stored up until the completion of relevant travel transactions. The manner of disposition of physical documents will be based on the deletion in the agency's database. 1. Booking deposit is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-reroutable.

3. Full payment should be made upon arrival of the visa.

4. Failure to pay remaining balances on due dates means cancellation of reservations.

5. No refund for unused airfare tickets, rooms, meals, tours & transfer services.

6. Strictly no cancellation or amendments upon confirmation of booking.

7. The package is not applicable for Senior Citizen/Student discounts.

8. Itineraries are subject to change due to real-time weather and/or local circumstances.

9. Cancellation made in 30 days before the deposit will automatically forfeit the payment.

10. Cancellation made due to force majeure and Government imposed restrictions is for rebooking only subject to hotel and flight availability and policy.

11. Deviation and Extension Fee per person depending on the availability of the flight with fare difference.

12. Surcharge may apply for non-Filipino passport holders or foreigners.

13. A Booking Confirmation will be issued upon downpayment as proof of reservation.

14. Any payment made means accepting, approving, and confirming the booking.
